Terms and Conditions

Our lodging rates are $100.00 per room, per day for single or double occupancy. 7% New York State tax is additional. Housekeeping gratuities are not included.

Our rooms accomodate no more than 3 people, with the exception of Room 4. Room 4 can accommodate up to four guests for an additional $15.00 per person/per night. All rooms, common areas and dining rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small lodging property, we ask kindly for one week's advance notice should your plans change. If a reservation is cancelled within a 24-hour period before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged a one night lodging cancellation fee($107).

Amenities

All our rooms are equipped with televisions, air conditioning, and coffee makers. Daily housekeeping is included. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no additional charge. A light continental breakfast is set out in our lobby area and is available until 11:00 A.M.

Melody Lodge Gift certificates are the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift Certificates may be used for restaurant and lodging purchases at Melody Lodge.
